LAV Consulting & Engineering provides full-service construction management from the early planning stages through final build-out of the project. Construction management services include preparation of contract documents, contractor selection, coordination of contractors, budgeting, scheduling, safety and traffic control, site inspection, review of material submittals, SWPPP monitoring, and obtaining all necessary permits. Throughout the construction process, our staff is in constant communication with the appropriate agencies and are on-site daily.
