The LAV team specializes in the planning and design of municipal infrastructure improvements. Municipal Infrastructure improvements include public utilities, schools, parks, transportation, and other public facilities. Our team has years of experience successfully working with various local and state agencies – from small rural towns to large population centers.

Our services include the master planning and design of water and wastewater systems, solid waste management, and street and parking lot design. We also have extensive experience in storm water best management practices, sediment and erosion design, and preparation of practical storm water pollution control plans.
